Advanced Flag (Grade 3- 6)

Our Advanced Flag Football league is a Fairport only, non- travel program.   This is our most FUN and SAFE league as we are not playing other towns and have a certain level of control over the coaching and level of competition. 

Athletes will receive high quality instruction with multiple football skill positions.  There will also be a focus on speed, agility and conditioning that will translate to all sports.  Most practices will feature scrimmages and competitions so that our athletes are playing the game, competing and having fun!

While athletes will practice as a large group, they will be divided by teams for drills and games.  Each week players will get the opportunity to play with everyone on the TEAM as long as the ages and numbers of players dictate.   

Start date and practice times:

FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE -(August 14th, 2023)

End Date - (October 21st, 2023)
