Elite Flag Football Program (Grades 5-7)
Youth participation in flag football is up nearly 40% since 2015, making it one of America’s fastest growing sports.
FYFC is proud to introduce our Elite Flag Football Program, the newest addition to FYFC's offerings, designed for athletes entering grades 5, 6, and 7. This program is for those who are ready to elevate their flag football skills to the next level and prepare for high-level play.
Elite Flag Football provides a more advanced, competitive environment, focusing on sophisticated game strategies and high-intensity play. Participants will learn advanced offensive and defensive schemes, position-specific skills, and enhanced game awareness. This program also integrates conditioning, agility training, and mental preparedness to ensure a well-rounded athletic development.
Athletes will engage in intensive practices, skill drills, and competitive scrimmages, leading to high-stakes tournament play. This program is ideal for those looking to refine their skills, develop a deeper understanding of the game, and prepare for competitive high school football.
Elite Flag athletes will practice as a large group and be divided into teams for drills and scrimmages. As the season progresses, players will participate in weekly tournament-style play, in addition to our competitive house games on Saturday mornings.
Program Goals

- Foster advanced tactical understanding and proficiency in specific football positions.
- Develop superior physical conditioning, agility, and mental toughness.
- Prepare athletes for the challenges and opportunities of competitive high school football programs.

Equipment
Athletes will be supplied with a soft-shell helmet, flags and custom uniforms. Cleats and mouth guard are required. Athletic cup is optional.
Fall 2024 Registration Details
Registration cost includes custom jersey and shorts that athletes will keep at the conclusion of the season.
